During the fall celebration, returning alumni will have their opportunity in the spotlight. Graduates will have their moment to cross the stage and be congratulated by deans, and faculty of their graduating school. More specific information on your school's event is available under Schedule.
Alumni will also have the opportunity to network and connect at events being held around campus that weekend. Smash a clay pipe on Old Queens, network with fellow classmates at Van Nest Hall, reminisce at the Senior Day event, and attend the big celebration on Saturday night.
Class of 2020 and Class of 2021 graduates who have completed the necessary undergraduate and graduate degree requirements are eligible to participate in school-based events. **Individuals who graduated October 2019 through August 2021 are eligible to participate in the October Celebrations.
Class of 2020 and Class of 2021 doctoral graduates are invited to attend the Doctoral Hooding Ceremony on Thursday, October 21st. The Doctoral Hooding Ceremony will recognize graduates who have achieved the highest level of academic accomplishment at Rutgers University.
All returning graduates are required to register in order to attend the fall celebrations. Make sure to sign-up early to secure your registration.
Please select each school celebration(s) you are eligible to attend. For example, if you graduated from the School of Communication and Information as well as the School of Arts and Sciences you are eligible to attend both celebrations. If you graduated from just the School of Arts and Sciences you are only eligible to attend that school's event. **Individuals who graduated October 2019 through August 2021 are eligible to participate in the October Celebrations.

To register for the Celebration weekend events, follow the steps below.
- Graduates will need to enter their NetID to access the registration system. Unable to recall your NetID and/or password? Recover your NetID or password here.
- Confirm your contact information.
- Select the school event(s) date and time you are choosing to attend. Please note you will not be able to select events that will overlap.
- Select the events you will attend that are being sponsored by Rutgers University Alumni Association and Rutgers University Major Events and Programs.
- If you have selected an event in error or are no longer able to attend an event you have registered for, please select Not Attending and click the RSVP button to cancel your registration.

Graduates are able to purchase regalia, consisting of cap, gown, and hood, through Barnes & Noble at Rutgers (link).
Please check with the school from which you graduated to see if regalia is required to attend.
Please note: Regalia sales will end October 1, 2021. Please plan accordingly.
