In the event of severe weather, the University Commencement ceremony will take place at the Louis Brown Athletic Center on the Livingston Campus in Piscataway. A decision regarding the relocation will be made by 9 a.m. on the day of the event (May 21) and will be announced on the main Rutgers website, the New Brunswick Campus website, and the following local radio stations:

WCTC 1450 AM, WRNJ 1510 AM, WRSU 88.7 FM, and NJ 101.5 FM

Transportation will be provided for participants and guests from the New Brunswick train station to the Louis Brown Athletic Center rain site.  Shuttle service will run every 20 minutes.  Shuttles will remain at both the New Brunswick train station and Louis Brown Athletic Center once the program begins to assist latecomers and persons leaving early.

Shuttle Start Time – 11:30 a.m.
Shuttle End Time – 5:00 p.m.
