All cell phones and electronic noise-producing devices must be turned off during the ceremony.
Guests with special needs should contact the Office of the Secretary of the University at 732-932-7434 or via email to make arrangements. Sign language interpreters will be located in front of the stage, and assistive listening devices are available for the hearing impaired.
In no case will guests be permitted to enter the marshaling area or the graduates' seating area. It is suggested that graduates and guests make arrangements to meet after the exercises near the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on Voorhees Mall.
University Emergency Medical Services personnel will be present throughout the ceremony.
