The Rutgers University 245th Anniversary Commencement ceremony took place on Sunday, May 15, 2011. Toni Morrison, one of the most influential writers in American literary history, addressed the graduates. Thousands of family members and friends gathered at Rutgers Stadium to celebrate the accomplishments of the Class of 2011.
